Authors can submit their abstracts through the conference page with a title, abstract, keywords, and PDF file. Drag-and-drop file upload is supported.
You can accept payments via Stripe (international credit card), PayTR (Turkey credit card), and bank transfer/EFT. Receipt upload and admin approval are also supported.
Yes. When blind review is enabled, author information is automatically removed from submission files and presented anonymously to reviewers.
Yes. A dynamic website is automatically created for each conference, including custom pages, content blocks, speakers, sponsors, and program information.

Yes. Author and reviewer certificates can be generated in bulk by the admin after submissions are accepted or reviews are completed. Participants can download their certificates as PDF from their panel.
Yes. AntAbstract's multi-tenant architecture isolates each conference. You can manage multiple conferences simultaneously with a single admin account.
Yes. DOIs can be assigned manually or automatically via DataCite integration to accepted submissions. DOI numbers are displayed on submission detail pages and in proceeding books.
Accepted submissions are selected from the admin panel to automatically generate a proceeding book. The book can be published publicly on the conference website.
Yes. You can send bulk emails to participants, authors, or reviewers using customizable email templates. Scheduled sending and placeholder support are also available.
AntAbstract protects your data with mandatory HTTPS, security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), encrypted file storage, and role-based access control. Sensitive files are only accessible to authorized users.
